Trainee Recruiter (Sales)

As a Trainee Recruiter (Sales), you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on sales activities. Your primary duties include: - Prospecting and generating new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients and candidates. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates by sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants across various channels. - Managing client relationships from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. - Negotiating terms, fees, and contracts with clients and candidates to secure successful placements. - Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, including revenue and placement goals, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Utilizing recruitment software and CRM systems to track activities, manage candidate data, and report on performance metrics. - Collaborating with senior recruiters and team members to share market insights, best practices, and support overall team success. - Participating in ongoing training sessions to develop sales techniques, industry knowledge, and recruitment skills. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. - Handling administrative tasks related to placements, including documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding coordination.
