岗位职责
As an Equity Capital Markets Intern, you will support the team in executing equity transactions for Brazilian companies. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, and transaction documentation for IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and private placements.
Conducting financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research to support deal origination and execution.
Participating in client meetings and due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in equity capital markets.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel.
