As an IT Intern, you will support the IT department in maintaining and optimizing the company's technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
Monitoring network performance and ensuring system security through regular updates and patches.
Participating in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
