Junior / Trainee Recruiter (College Leaver)

【岗位职责】 负责管理完整的招聘流程，包括人才搜寻、筛选候选人、协调面试及促进录用；与资深团队成员紧密合作，学习人才获取和客户管理的最佳实践；利用招聘网站和社交媒体吸引顶尖人才，进行初步电话筛选，并在申请人跟踪系统中准确维护记录；支持团队建立和维护客户关系，理解其招聘需求并推荐合适的候选人；参与培训课程，提升谈判、销售和招聘策略方面的技能。 【任职要求】 作为应届毕业生或初级招聘人员，需具备学习意愿和团队协作能力；能够有效使用招聘工具和社交媒体；具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力；对招聘流程有基本了解或愿意学习；有明确的职业发展目标，追求从初级到独立专家或分支经理的晋升路径。

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual who is eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. No prior recruitment experience is required, as comprehensive 1-on-1 training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a college leaver with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to earn life-changing commission. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven role and have the ability to learn quickly. A degree is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your motivation and willingness to develop.
