Junior / Trainee Recruiter (College Leaver)

As a Junior/Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating placements. You will work closely with senior team members to learn best practices in talent acquisition and client management. Your daily tasks include utilizing job boards and social media to attract top talent, conducting initial phone screens, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. You will also support the team in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting suitable candidates. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to develop skills in negotiation, sales, and recruitment strategies. This role offers a clear path to progression, with opportunities to advance to a self-sufficient expert or branch manager within the company.

No prior recruitment experience is required, as comprehensive 1-on-1 training will be provided.
