Monitor and analyze the performance of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), including AUM growth, revenue contribution, product mix, and other key performance indicators.
Prepare regular performance dashboards, management reports, and financial analysis to support business planning and management decision-making.
Oversee the financial operations of the Wealth Management Department, including budgeting, expense monitoring, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or business support within a financial institution.
Basic understanding of RM performance indicators (e.g.
AUM,revenue, product contribution) and departmental financial concepts.
