Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to formulate and execute strategic sales plans across all market segments, with the objective of maximizing hotel revenue and market share. Lead the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, while closely monitoring the performance, activities, and productivity of the sales team to ensure the achievement of business targets. Actively contribute to sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel property tours to promote the hotel’s facilities and services effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to hotel sales and revenue-driven environments.
