岗位职责
Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of building automation equipment, including systems for ventilation, fire safety, water supply, and electrical distribution.
Assist in maintaining engineering records and organizing equipment documentation.
Direct technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
