岗位职责
Handle customer enquiries through email, telephone, and written correspondence.
Perform daily customer service and operational support duties.
Rotate among different job functions within the team to support operational requirements.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customers to enhance both online and offline customer experience.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues independently while working collaboratively with team members.
Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties as required.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

HKDSE graduate or above (Degree holder is preferred).
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Chinese typing is essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
