Senior Technical Officer responsible for formulating maintenance plans, supervising technicians, man

岗位职责

Formulate and manage maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility operations.
Provide first line maintenance and supervise maintenance works performed by technicians and contractors.
Perform inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Serve on duty for day race meetings and act as backup technician.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

申请条件

Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ building services maintenance experience.
Registered Electrical Worker(Grade B) is preferred.
Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
