The Credit Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing the documentation and operational aspects of bilateral and syndicated loan transactions. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and ensuring the completeness and correctness of corporate and commercial loan documents and operational matters.
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.
Revising internal guidelines and documents in accordance with regulatory updates.
Managing and motivating team members to perform routine and ad hoc tasks effectively.

Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of working experience in handling syndicated/commercial loans documentation, operation, or administration, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
