Customer Support and Guidance Promote Digital Services Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers using self-service facilities of our branches.
Guide and provide support to customers through the use of our self-service technologies, including ATMs, Cheque deposit machine, and other digital platforms, i.e., e-banking APP, Wechat, etc.
Ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while promoting the use of digital services.
Provide information about the bank’s products and services.

Basic knowledge of banking product and service.
Able to handle customer inquiries in automated banking facilities.
