Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to obtain necessary customer information, clarify due diligence requirements, and address any CDD-related queries.
Perform customer due diligence review on client onboarding, periodic review and trigger event to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Perform in-depth investigations and enhance due diligence on high-risk customers, such as politically exposed persons (PEPs) and customers from high-risk jurisdictions.
Investigate and resolve any suspicious activities or red flags identified during customer due diligence.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Operations Management or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in branch operations or sales activities planning.
Solid knowledge in bank retail business and local regulatory requirements.
