Responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and systems related to asset and liability management.
Supervise a small team to ensure effective operation of ALCO meetings and other operational analysis meetings on a regular basis.
Monitor business development plans and annual business plans, analyse business budgets and assessment measures, optimize the structure of assets and liabilities, and maintain a dynamic balance of resource allocation.
申请条件
Bachelor's degree in related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
Familiarity with commercial bank asset and liability allocation, budgeting and planning, operating analysis.
Professional qualification in FRM, CFA, or CPA is an advantage.
