As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive client engagement and lead generation. Your primary duties include:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients within the Engineering, IT, Tech, and Finance sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and promote our services.
Sales Execution: Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Market Research and Strategy: Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to align sales efforts with candidate sourcing and placement. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Provide feedback on client needs and market conditions to support business development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- **Education**: College leaver or equivalent qualification (A-levels, BTEC, or similar).
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Experience**: No prior sales experience required; full training will be provided. However, any previous experience in customer service, retail, or telesales is advantageous.
