岗位职责
Provide retail banking services and products, including account opening for retail banking customers and mass-market retail customers.
Solicit business opportunities by delivering quality services and promoting retail banking products to mass-market customers, making referrals as necessary to achieve the bank's business sales targets.
Identify and fulfill customers' needs, drive initiatives for continuous enhancement of the bank's service level to ensure quality and professional services are provided.
申请条件
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 1 year of experience in banking.
Extensive knowledge and exposure in various retail banking products.
High initiative team player, sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
