Candidates should have some tax experience or a tax qualification, such as ATT or CTA, or be working towards one. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for client interactions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. A willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment is expected.
