岗位职责

Operations Strategyand Execution: Develop and implement the Bank’s annual app operations plan.
Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive user engagement and business growth.
Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior data using SQL/Python, produce optimization reports, and drive iterative improvements to enhance app performance and user experience.
Product OperationsClosed-Loop Management: Monitor App feature usage rates, manage user feedback loops, and coordinate with product teams to ensure continuous improvement.

申请条件

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related disciplines.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Fintech company, with a track record of successful campaign planning.
Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI; basic data analysis skills using SQL.
