Solicit business opportunities by promoting retail financing products (e.g., mortgage, secured loan) to mass-market customers through outreach sales activities and establishing good relationships with business partners.
Handle customer inquiries and retail credit applications in a professional and compliance manner.
Make referrals as necessary to achieve the bank's business sales targets.
Identify and fulfill customers' needs, drive initiatives for continuous enhancement of service levels to ensure quality and professional services are provided.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
At least 1 year of sales experience in consumer banking.
Sales and customer-oriented, outgoing, energetic with high flexibility.
