Trainee Recruiter ( Sales / Full Training)

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will learn and execute the full 360-degree sales cycle. Your primary responsibilities include: - Business Development: Proactively win new business through cold calling and lead generation, targeting clients across the UK. - Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. - Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client engagement to candidate placement, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Sales and Commission: Achieve sales targets and earn uncapped commission through successful placements, with a clear path to increasing earnings. - Training and Development: Participate in structured 1-on-1 training sessions to master recruitment techniques, sales strategies, and industry knowledge. - Progression to Management: Demonstrate performance and leadership potential to advance into a management role within the organization. - Administrative and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, track sales metrics, and provide regular updates to senior team members.
