As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your key duties include: Performing check-in, check-out, and room change procedures in a professional manner, ensuring all data is accurately entered into hotel systems.
Providing quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all times.
Achieving high levels of guest satisfaction through courteous and friendly interactions.
Assisting with currency exchange transactions as needed.

Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
1 year of relevant experience in luxury hotels or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
