Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out.
Provide information to guests’ enquiries.
Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel.
Offer concierge service to guests.
申请条件
Minimum 2 year solid experience in Front Office operation.
Certificate/ Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines.
Multi skills in administration and operations tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
