Public Area Supervisor 公眾地方清潔督導 - Eaton, Hong Kong

The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness of all public areas within the hotel. Key responsibilities include managing, training, and developing public area cleaners; carrying out lost property procedures; and organizing regular deep cleaning tasks such as monthly deep cleaning, marble polishing, and carpet shampooing. The supervisor will create and manage cleaning schedules for the overnight cleaning team, including daily, weekly, and monthly routines, and communicate with the team to ensure all public areas meet hotel standards.

Form 6 or above education. Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. Must be responsible, well-organized, possess strong leadership skills, and be a good team player. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
