The Training Supervisor - Security Operations serves as the critical link between training strategy and field performance, ensuring security officers are prepared, proficient, and professional.
Key responsibilities include: Program Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct engaging and effective regular training sessions, new hire orientations, and mandatory refresher courses under the guidance of the Training Management team.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Observe security officers during and after training to ensure correct application of skills and procedures.
