岗位职责

As a Passenger Queuing Assistant at Hong Kong International Airport, you will work inside the airport restricted area to maintain order and ensure smooth crowd control.
Your responsibilities include assisting with queuing and passenger flow management, handling emergency situations, and responding to passenger enquiries.
This role requires standing and walking for extended periods.
You will work shifts covering 07:00-16:00, 14:45-23:45, or 22:30-07:30, six days per week.

申请条件

F.5 or above, with minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Fluent in Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua.
Able to read and write simple Chinese and English.
Self-motivated, good team spirit, ability to work independently and under pressure.
