客戶服務主任 Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative at our company store, responsible for welcoming clients, introducing and selling health products. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and provide after-sales support without cold calling. Maintaining strong customer relationships is key, and occasional external visits to clients may be required. You will collaborate with the team to achieve company sales targets and business goals. Additionally, you will perform data entry and filing tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Immediate availability is preferred. No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, be proactive, able to work independently, and solve problems effectively.
