As a General Banking Manager at Hang Seng Bank, you will undergo structured training to develop comprehensive retail banking product knowledge, paving the way for a career as a Relationship Manager. Your primary responsibilities include: Providing quality customer service to retail customers in the branch network.
Proactively identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking services and solutions.
Participating in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty.
