Consumer Lending Internship

【岗位职责】 作为消费贷款实习生，您将支持贷款团队处理和消费者贷款申请；主要职责包括协助贷款发起、审核申请文件并确保符合信用合作社政策；与贷款专员紧密合作，从申请人处收集必要信息、核实收入和就业详情并将数据录入贷款系统；此外，您将帮助维护贷款文件的准确记录、跟踪申请状态并与会员沟通其贷款咨询；参与团队会议讨论贷款绩效并贡献流程改进计划；学习使用贷款软件和工具以简化工作流程并支持团队实现贷款目标；协助准备贷款活动和趋势报告；帮助处理行政任务如归档、扫描和整理文件以确保办公室高效运作。 【任职要求】 本岗位提供消费者贷款运营的实践经验，包括理解信用分析、贷款文档和会员服务；接触各种贷款产品如个人贷款、汽车贷款和信用卡；适合有意在银行或金融领域建立职业的人士，提供贷款处理、客户互动和合规监管方面的实用技能。

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic understanding of financial concepts and lending principles is preferred. Prior internship or work experience in a financial services environment is a plus. Must be able to work up to 15 hours per week during standard business hours.
