岗位职责

As a Sales Manager at an IHG managed property in TST, you will be responsible for driving revenue and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Compiling sales budgets and forecasts to achieve the hotel's overall strategic plan. Keeping abreast of local and overseas market trends, recommending appropriate tactical plans and counter-strategies. Developing relationships with existing and potential corporate clients. Devising proposals to meet the special needs of Local and Key National Accounts (LNRs and KNRs).

申请条件

Diploma or degree holder in hospitality, business administration, or relevant disciplines. Around 4 years of proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Positive mindset with service-centered leadership and proactive character.
