FP&A Internship

【岗位职责】 作为FP&A实习生，专注于应收账款策略，你将负责直接影响现金流和财务效率的项目。具体职责包括：分析应收账款账龄、逾期趋势及跨客户、区域或业务部门的付款行为；识别付款延迟的根本原因，并提出可操作的改进建议以降低应收账款周转天数（DSO）；支持现金流预测及应收账款相关财务模型的开发，以优化流动性规划；与销售、运营和财务等跨职能团队协作，确保应收账款策略与业务目标一致；准备定期报告和仪表盘，跟踪应收账款绩效指标，并向高级管理层展示分析结果；其他职责可能包括协助与应收账款相关的月末结账流程、进行客户信用风险的临时分析，以及推动流程自动化举措以简化应收账款运营。 【任职要求】 无明确列出。

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department. Qualifications include current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Prior internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
