As an Apprentice Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the delivery of learning and development for employees across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the school's staff training programs, ensuring they are effectively coordinated and delivered.
Supporting the People & Culture team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
Assisting with the administration of apprenticeship programs, including tracking progress and compliance.
