As an Intern in Continuous Improvement, you will support the optimization of manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the analysis of current production workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Participating in Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Collecting and analyzing data to measure process performance and identify trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Documenting standard operating procedures and best practices.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
