As a Boilermaker Apprentice at Tarong Power Station, you will participate in a four-year apprenticeship program that provides hands-on training in the electricity generation industry.

Your primary responsibilities include learning and performing fabrication tasks such as cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding metal components used in power station equipment and structures.

You will work under the guidance of experienced boilermakers to develop skills in interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and using tools and machinery safely.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must have a strong interest in hands-on work and a willingness to learn fabrication skills.

No prior experience is required, but a mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are beneficial.
