The Hybrid Activities Vigilance Network Deputy Director is responsible for integrating multi-source intelligence and operational inputs to deliver actionable insights on hybrid threats for U.S. and NATO leaders. This role directs fusion cell intelligence operations, ensuring rapid, accurate, and secure multi-domain information sharing that supports mission planning and execution. Additionally, the position shapes future capabilities and resources by developing requirements and supporting contracting and budgeting to strengthen U.S.-NATO operational readiness.
