The FMEAP Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive career and education services to support the personal and professional development of clients. Key responsibilities include: Career Advising and Coaching: Provide expert guidance on career planning, career coaching, and career development techniques to support reintegration, education, and workforce development. Assess client employment and career needs, interpret self-assessment results, and determine compatibility and requirements for current and post-transition goals.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field is required, with a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, Education, advising, career planning, career coaching, or career services.
