This position involves providing clinical counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical case records. The role requires coordinating CAP services such as intake, workload distribution, outreach, and partnerships. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with the FAP Supervisor or FAR on child sexual abuse cases involving alleged active-duty offenders or family member victims.

Applicants must meet the Basic Requirements for this position and demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
