The Nurse Educator (Sterile Processing Service) is responsible for delivering a fundamental understanding of adult learning principles as a lifelong learner, practicing with flexibility to adapt or change learning strategies based on assessed needs within the healthcare organization. This role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates educational needs to facilitate learner development and skill training of Sterile Processing and clinical staff.
