As a Graduate Trainee – Retail Specialist at GreenPrice, you will play a key role in supporting our retail operations and driving sustainability initiatives. Your responsibilities include: Team Management: Assist the Retail Lead in managing a team of 100+ managers and assistants across our store network, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance.

Product and Content: Craft compelling, benefit-driven product copy and specs for our diverse community, and conduct product shoots for social media to enhance our brand presence.

Prior retail experience is a must.

Willingness to work rotating shifts and spend at least 30% of the time in-store.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proven ability to motivate teams, provide feedback, and manage conflict.
