Lead and manage a team to deliver comprehensive HR services to the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and statutory obligations.
Ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including payroll, leave management, employee records, benefits administration, and workplace safety.
Oversee the management of employee licenses and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR within banking or financial institutions, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
