The Cold Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cold kitchen section, ensuring food quality and hygiene meet company standards. Key duties include: Quality Monitoring: Ensure all food products comply with established quality and hygiene standards, and complete daily tasks according to instructions and recommendations.
Inventory Control: Manage food inventory by enforcing the first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle, and collaborate with other departments on cleaning, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives.
