岗位职责
Provide administrative support on daily operational needs, including taking telephone messages and routing calls to the appropriate person.
Copy, file, and retrieve documents, papers, correspondence, and records according to established systems or senior's instructions.
Maintain a proper document filing system.
Sort out, distribute, and circulate mail, circulars, memos, and other correspondence.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Form 5 Graduate or above.
Minimum 5 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
