The Project Account Officer is responsible for managing financial aspects of project documentation and ensuring accurate accounting processes. Key responsibilities include: Familiarizing with the financial requirements of project documents.
Liaising with the Accounting Division on accounting matters.
Preparing payment applications, variation quotations, enquiry quotations, claims, outgoing invoices, orders, and updating system statuses.
Assessing payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
Preparing project final accounts with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
