岗位职责
Supervise the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of all hotel facilities, including physical plants, engineering facilities, equipment, and machinery.
Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests from guests and handle emergency and severe situations.
Monitor the working conditions of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
Coordinate with contractors for construction, remodeling projects, maintenance, and renovation works throughout the hotel.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory level.
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven work experience and qualification in building maintenance.
