岗位职责

Manage all telephone calls for sales persons, qualify general inquiries, respond personally and direct requests to appropriate sales person. Responsible for all administrative duties in the sales department, including but not exhaustive, expense reports, database management, Delphi activities, travel arrangements – flights/accommodations, weekly Delphi activities reports, daily opera reports. Assist and execute RFP submission and contracts for corporate and wholesale segments, completing rate loading forms for Revenue department.

申请条件

Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality or Tourism management or equivalent. Relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel is preferred. Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative.
