The Event Coordinator is responsible for maintaining complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations, Event Orders, Receipt/Invoices, and client-related information for the hotel.
They assist Events Managers/Executives in planning all event and hotel experience details with clients, including set-up, food and beverage selection, menu tastings, audio visual needs, equipment rental, supplier details and referrals, guestroom reservations, transportation, and recreational activities.

Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel is an advantage.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
