岗位职责
As an Event Planning Manager at Rosewood Hong Kong, you will be responsible for driving event revenue and ensuring seamless execution of group and event bookings. Your key duties include: Exceeding yearly events budget and upsell targets as assigned.
Collaborating closely with the MICE sales team to provide logistical advice for lead conversion, VIP site inspections, and key opportunities, maximizing hotel revenue.
Professionally managing all assigned group or event bookings from contract handover to completion, including food & beverage and bedroom elements.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and catering group, with 2 years in a similar capacity.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
