岗位职责
Supervise the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of entire hotel facilities including physical plants, engineering facilities, equipment, and machinery.
Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests from guests and cope with emergency and severe situations.
Monitor the working conditions of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
Work with contractors to coordinate constructions, remodeling projects, maintenance, and renovation works throughout the hotel.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance.
