The Conference Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of group and event bookings from contract handover to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include: Reaching and exceeding yearly events budget and upsell targets as assigned.
Collaborating closely with the MICE sales team to provide logistical advice, assist in lead conversion, VIP site inspections, and key opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and catering group, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
