岗位职责
Supervise the Receiving Clerk in performing the receiving function and the Supplier delivery person in performing the delivery of direct issue food items to the kitchens.
Check and count all goods to be received per approved purchase order.
Check and verify all goods received to ensure that foods received are in accordance with the purchase specifications.
Goods ordered are to be supported by Purchase Order.
Ensure to reject all goods which do not meet the specifications.

Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years working experience in store and receiving, exposure in hospitality industry will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential.
