Sr Bioinformatics Research Scientist

The Sr Bioinformatics Research Scientist will lead the development and application of computational methods to analyze large-scale genomic and multi-omics data. Responsibilities include designing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines for next-generation sequencing data, such as whole-genome, exome, RNA-seq, and single-cell sequencing. The role involves collaborating with principal investigators and research teams to address biological questions in pediatric cancer and other childhood diseases.
