The Senior UC & Collaboration Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communications and collaboration systems. Key responsibilities include:

Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of UC solutions including voice, video, and messaging platforms. Develop system specifications and integration plans.

Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of collaboration tools such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
